Canadian MRAPs getting Lockheed Martin sensor system

Gyrocam sensor systems for use on tactical vehicles are being supplied to the Canadian Department of National Defense by Lockheed Martin.
Provision of the sensors comes under a U.S. Foreign Military Sales contract from the U.S. Marine Corps and will be fulfilled by the third quarter of this year.

Homs detainees sent to Syria army: governor

Some 100 men from the Syrian city of Homs, who turned themselves in after escaping an army siege, have been sent to perform their military service, the governor said Monday.
