N.D. governor questions coal pollution limits
Bismarck, N.D. (UPI) Apr 17, 2013 - North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple said a "one-size-fits-all" effort to reduce carbon dioxide emissions isn't the right tool to control pollution.
