Russia military says troops to quit Ukraine border in 20 days
Moscow (AFP) May 23, 2014 - Russian troops near the Ukraine border will return to base in at least the next 20 days following an order from President Vladimir Putin, the military's chief of general staff said Friday. "The troops are being moved onto trains and military transport aircraft.
