Scottish energy sector gets a bit greener with RWE Innogy project
Aberdeen, Scotland (UPI) May 23, 2013 - Scotland received another addition to its renewable energy portfolio with the inauguration of a hydroelectric facility, German energy company RWE Innogy said. RWE said its Maldie hydroelectric plant has an installed capacity of four megawatts, which can generate enough energy to meet the needs of 3,000 households.
