Vienna, Austria (SPX) Jul 28, 2014 - Researchers at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR), the Vienna University of Technology and the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University Lublin have succeeded in embedding nearly perfect semiconductor crystals into a silicon nanowire.
