British police urge public to inform on 'aspiring terrorists'
London (AFP) Aug 26, 2014 - British police Tuesday urged people to identify "aspiring terrorists" among their family members, friends and neighbours after the killing of US journalist James Foley, apparently by a man with an English accent.
