Canada, Kazakhstan start nuclear cooperation
Ottawa (AFP) Aug 15, 2014 - Canada heralded Friday the implementation of a civilian nuclear cooperation agreement with Kazakhstan that allows nuclear technology to be exported to the former Soviet republic.
