Aspen CO (SPX) Apr 24, 2015 - Spear Point Energy has completed the first of four 2.5-megawatt ground mount solar arrays in Hagerstown, Maryland. The second 2.5-megawatt array is nearing completion and will be placed in service within the next 30 days.
