Russia unveils 'world's biggest' nuclear icebreaker Moscow (AFP) June 16, 2016 - Russia on Thursday floated out a new nuclear-powered icebreaker, said to be the world's biggest and most powerful, to be used for hauling liquefied natural gas from its Arctic terminal.
